Order Processing and Shipping Information

Order Processing Time: Please allow a minimum of 7 working days for the processing of your order.

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees vary based on the destination and the quantity of items ordered. You can determine the exact shipping charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address. The total cost, including shipping, will be updated and displayed on the checkout page.

Shipping fees also depend on the size, weight, and number of packages. Larger items and additional products may incur minor shipping surcharges. All shipping charges will be clearly listed at checkout.

Delivery Time: On average, orders are produced and shipped from our facility within 7 business days of purchase. Standard shipping and transit times then apply, which typically range from 12-15 days, depending on the destination country and the shipping method selected during checkout.

Tracking and Additional Information: A tracking code will be provided in the shipping confirmation email, allowing you to track your order online at any time. Orders are delivered directly to your home. If the tracking information indicates your order was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office.

Issues with Order: If you receive an item of the wrong size, please contact us at our customer support email with three images showing the chest size, length, and sleeve size of the garment for verification. We will then send a replacement in the correct size at no additional cost.

Global Shipping: We ship our products worldwide from various international warehouses. Please be aware that delivery times may vary during the Christmas season and other holiday periods.
